Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had a wonderful stay in a hotel located on the outskirts of the city. the rooms were comfortable, and the reception staff was incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, arranging airport transfers and making sure we had everything we needed. the hotel was also conveniently situated near a shopping mall, which was a bonus.

Some of the staff in the office were not as friendly as we had hoped.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff, particularly Fatima and Tanie Rina, were exceptional. They ensured that our early check-in was accommodated and made us feel loved. The rooms were always clean, and the hotel is situated in a safe environment. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we found the location on the outskirts of the city to be perfect for easy access to the road leading to Etosha. The reception staff, especially Jamie, was friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with arranging airport transfers. The breakfast provided was delicious, and overall, the staff were responsive and helpful.

One aspect that could be improved is the availability of a microwave in the rooms. It would have been nice to have this convenience, especially for heating up leftovers or making a quick snack.

Great Service and Convenient Location

I recently stayed at a hotel during my trip to the city and was pleased with the level of service offered by the staff. They were very helpful and responsive when we needed assistance, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the location of the hotel was very convenient. It was close to a mall, making it easy for us to do some shopping during our stay.

While the service was great, the room amenities could have been better. We found that the room lacked a few key amenities such as a microwave, which would have been helpful.
